Terms and Conditions of Participation

1. The child must be accompanied and supervised by either a parent or guardian at all times during the event.
2. By participating in the event, the parent or guardian agree to release and hold harmless Lisa O’Rourke trading as Rock ‘N’ Toddle and any of her employees and/or agents from any liability to the extent permited by law. The child and their parent or guardian also waive to the fullest extent permitted by law any rights to any causes of action that the the child may have now or in the future against Lisa O’Rourke trading as Rock ‘N’ Toddle and any of her employees and/or agents
3. The parent or guardian consent to the child’s participation in any of the physical activities during the event. However, the child must not participate in the physical activities if the child is feeling unwell, is sick or has any known affecting medical condition(s).

Delivery Policy
Rock 'n' Toddle do not deliver products, however customers enrolling online in the preschooler program will receive immediate email notification as confirmation of their purchase/sales transaction.

Confidentiality
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Payment
Cash, cheque, credit card or electronic bank transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are full payment upon enrolment, party, event or incursion booking All costs/prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.

Returned cheques will incur a charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of private one off party/events. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Enrolment Withdrawal/ Refunds Policy
Both the Client and Rock ‘n’ Toddle have the right to terminate for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
